The ALKHT-C small-sized, intelligent andtemperature-controlled gelatin melting tank is a mandatory auxiliary machineused in the capsule pharmaceutical industry to supply gelatin solution for meltingin labs or to small-sized soft(hard)pill machines and pelleting machines.

The tank adopts the temperature-controlledelectrical heater or water-shower heater, layered stirring paddles and gelatinsupply with an external air pressure source. The stirring paddles have fastdeaeration apparatus and support PTFE scraper. The tank uses an intelligenttemperature controller and an integral electrical cabinet.  The tank’s inside and outside have luminousand smooth surface. Which is convenient for cleaning. It meets the GMPsanitation requirements. There are wheels on the bottom of the tank body forflexible movement. The stirring power is 1.1KW, with the CVT speed of  0 to 80 turns per minute.
