The ALKJH-A soft capsule liquor stirring,shearing and mixing machine is a dedicated auxiliary machine used in softcapsule production for high-shearing liquor dispersion and mixing, homogenizedliquor mixing, vacuum deaeration, liquor and capsule supply under pressure. Itis an ideal machine for liquor vacuum, dosing and homogenized stirring in thesoft capsule industry.

a.The machine is composed of a high-speedhigh-shearing dispenser, a frequency control stirrer and a horizontal liquorsupply barrel. These three parts can work either as a whole orindependently.  

b. The high-speed high-shearing dispenserand liquor supply barrel enhance the effects of shearing and mixing under theprinciple of stator and rotor clearance operation, so as to realize fast andefficient homogenized mixing.  

c. The machine supports hydraulic lifting,which is convenient for cleaning.

d. The horizontal liquor supply barrel canwork independently, supports automatic temperature control, and transportshomogenized liquor from the barrel to the main machine y using an externalpressure air supply. This process meets the axenic and sanitary requirements.
