The ALKHG-A contrarotating andbiairectional gelation stirring&melting tank is a dedicated auxiliary machinefor gelatin melting(color matching and gelatin dosing), vacuum stirring andhomogenizing of melted gelatin solution. The machine is elaborately designed byadopting the world’s leading capsule pharmaceutical technology, combining thecharacteristics of soft capsule production and complying with the nationalsanitation standards. The entire machine is made of stainless steel. The tankbody is divided into inner container, heating layer and insulating layer. Thestirring assembly is composed of lapped stirring paddles. The material feedingport works in a fast-opening and fast-feeding way. On the tank top, there are athermometer, a vacuum gauge and other components. The machine features fastheating, good thermostatic performance, stable vacuum performance and smoothoperating.
